Oklahoma City Thunder Season Support

The Outcome

Throughout the NBA season, and especially as the playoffs approach, consistency becomes critical.

For the Oklahoma City Thunder, each game day brings a layered environment: national broadcast crews, local media, in-arena presentation, fan engagement activations, and post-game press coverage all operating at once. Each group arrives with its own systems, timelines, and technical requirements. The challenge is not just execution, but alignment across all parties.

CNS supports the Thunder as a technical bridge between these moving parts.

On national broadcast nights, that means ensuring the systems brought in by network production trucks integrate seamlessly with the AV infrastructure inside the venue. Signal flow, RF coordination, and wireless systems must all operate without interference, even as dozens of additional devices enter the environment. With upwards of 80 to 100 active frequencies in play, including broadcast, team, and media equipment, precision is required to maintain stability across every channel.

At the same time, the environment extends beyond the game itself.

Pregame activations like Thunder Up in the Park introduce live audio and DJ Support designed to engage fans before they enter the arena. Inside, local news affiliates set up for live on-air moments, often with their own equipment that must coexist within the same technical ecosystem. Before national media arrives, virtual interviews are conducted between practices, requiring broadcast-ready setups on shorter timelines.

As the season progresses, so does the scale.

Post-game press conferences evolve from standard media availability into fully built environments capable of supporting national coverage. These spaces must feel intentional and professional while remaining adaptable to the pace of the playoffs.

Across all of it, the expectation is simple: everything works.

The role of CNS is to manage the intricacies of game day without adding any friction. We’re there to anticipate conflicts, maintain control of the technical environment, and allow everyone involved to operate with confidence.
