Garver Summit

Garver Summit has become a cornerstone event for the company, bringing employees together each year to recognize accomplishments, strengthen relationships, and share the direction ahead. What began as an annual company meeting has grown into a multi-day gathering designed to celebrate the people and culture that drive Garver forward.

While the purpose stays the same, the experience evolves every year. Garver approaches Summit with the mindset that no two gatherings should feel identical. That means the production must continually adapt. Supporting general sessions, awards programs, team meetings, and large-scale activations while keeping the experience fresh and engaging for everyone involved.

CNS supports Summit year after year with full event production services, including audio, video, lighting, production management, venue coordination, and production design. From general sessions and awards presentations to off-site events and large group gatherings, our role is to keep the moving parts aligned so the program runs smoothly.

It’s a complex undertaking, but that’s what makes Summit work. When hundreds of people gather to reflect on the past year and invest in what comes next, the production behind the scenes has to stay steady and well organized. Our focus is making sure the experience supports that goal every time the event returns.
