The Green Tie Gala gathers close to 800 guests for an evening of dinner, an auction, and fundraising in support of Catholic Charities of Oklahoma City.
The gala hosts nearly 800 guests inside the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum and unfolds among active exhibits, paintings, and displays. For this event, the production has to support the evening while respecting everything already in the room.
CNS provided audio, video, and lighting for the gala, preparing the room to support a large audience without overwhelming the space itself. With dinner seating for nearly 1,000 guests, the setup had to feel considered, functional, and appropriate for the museum around it.
The result was a room ready to welcome hundreds of guests while giving Catholic Charities the environment they needed to share their work, host the auction, and keep the evening focused on its purpose.
