DDS PossABLE gathers Developmental Disability Services employees throughout Oklahoma for a statewide training event centered around professional development, team building, and motivational speakers.
CNS partnered with Public Strategies to deliver production design, audio, video, lighting, and content creation for the event at the Oklahoma City Convention Center.
With 1,000 attendees in the room, the content evolved in real time, and our team stayed flexible throughout. Speaker presentations were rebuilt for the multi-screen format, while updates and new assets were incorporated in real time as the event progressed.
The CNS team was proactive behind the scenes, responding to content changes as they surfaced, so presenters could stay focused on their message while attendees experienced a clear and consistent program.
